What I am about to describe is not a proposition for a ready made structure but more so a general outline of considerations on developing lasting and adaptable organizational structures.
An organizational framework needs to implement several different aspects to be successful
What is needed for the first beginnings is stating what we want to avoid and from there we can build a structure.
Most of us have the same general outlook but we do not all have the same end in mind or at least the same image of its expression. If we can all agree on what we generally want to avoid then we have a standpoint from which to work and from where the organization can branch out. This proposal is a convergent bottom up approach where every group can have their own goals while simultaneously having a converging point to work towards namely the avoidance of certain things.
How to avoid it is secondary and has many solutions and this is where we all differ in our course of action.
What creates a strong foundation for directing energy into a process is a clear goal, but first and foremost a clear metaphysical framework from within which to work.
A guiding mythology and metaphysic and a collective desire towards unfoldment of potential through a clear framework that can facilitate the energy and resources of the participants is what is needed.
Comparing the organization with a business-model.
A business will compartmentalize its staff.
This is what seems to work best in most cases when an organization reaches a certain size, however what we are doing can be seen as a creative endeavor and creative people tend to have a broad spectrum of interests and knowledge and tend to not be very specialized as they draw their inspiration from a broad spectrum. To be creative requires a broad span of knowledge that can be drawn together into a new coherent perspective.
From my perspective I doubt it will be sufficient to compartmentalize the creative process as it will put off those with real creative genius and halt the overall process. The creative people are highly valuable and they should be counted as an important driving force.
So how to tend for these individuals?
There must be some free space where they can do their own thing and set up their own system. This I will explain further
Basic principles to abide by
One aspect I am trying to arrive at is a general system of life that seeks to map out the general principles of creation in the creative process.
Key principles a structure needs to uphold to sustain itself in the long run: being: Fractal, scalable, divisible, adaptable and adoptable.
The aspect of fractal and scalability is seen within a context of being scalable fractally. What I mean by this is that you have a basic structure that is the smallest aggregate of the various organelles and to scale up you divide the various organs fractally in a hierarchy. I have long though of it as a tree structure and also a computer-system but I have an idea that there are simpler fundamental principles that can be applied upon which to base it.
A layered system both hierarchically and time-wise
What I think would be necessary to implement is the notion of layers. Layers in the form of hierarchy and in the form of timescales.
The layers in timescales would be their own separate groups working within their own time-frame. Different approaches requires different timeframes and an organization should be able to have overlapping approaches one within another and some completely separate.
At a certain point an organization needs to be able to adopt other organizations within it and it is a given that it needs to be able to adapt to its environment.
There are probably more principles that I might have overlooked.
Natural metaphysical framework
An outline of a general metaphysical framework
There needs to be some metaphysical framework of power-dynamics within which to base or ground the mission or the desired direction of any group.
Using the runes to reason and ground the mission and the approach would not be required, but it would be a start as its framework has already largely mapped out a basic and accurate power-dynamic grid. Each rune has its own set of characteristics, they are loose enough to be transferred into many situational relations and rigid enough to be able to predict the effects of pursuing or utilizing specific powers and forces, and they explain what will stall or reverse a process, or what negative effects can happen as a result of a process.
It all entails ‘potentiality’
To have a potential you first must have a force, a pressure, a source of power, something that creates an electric charge. Within a charge there is a polarity that potentializes it, the stronger the polarity, the higher the potential.
This is also seen as the polarities between different aspects such as good and evil, man and woman, hot and cold, sound and silence, pressure and vacuum. The potential will always seek to equalize itself.
To create an output you will need system with a source of power and a restrictive resistance between the potential energies. Through the resistance heat, light and electromagnetism is created. The resistance then goes to to catch the power and shine it.
The resistance from good to evil. The resistance against egoistic and animalistic desires. It will create a potentiality, a force to be conducted through a system. This can be any kind of system, belief system, mechanical system, natural system.
The bearing principle is that any potential has to equalize itself, it will always go back to its source again no matter what. It is cyclical and karmic. It will go through the path of least resistance.
This goes to show that not having any resistance towards a certain kind of power or a certain kind of pressure will grant you its benefits or its consequences.
Having no resistance to the good or having no resistance to the evil will grant you different results.
To my knowledge the electrical model is the most overarching approach I have found. It can explain the basic principles of any system because all systems are fundamentally based on electrical principles.
In essence this can be seen as electrical in nature.
There is potential, resistance, conduction, transmutation of potential, transmutation of elements, phasing, frequency, harmonics, electro-chemistry, etc.
Rewards
In the long run there need to be some forms of reward for participation. For me it constitutes in the engagement and the possibility to have an outlet that other people will listen to right now, but that will not be enough for everyone.

This article is an excellent piece that explains how non monetary rewards creates a higher incentive in the workplace than a monetary one. A reward could even be something that we create or have created ourselves. It could be a book, a video, a blog, something exclusive that is aesthetically pleasing, something you will get access to from participation.

The problem with compartmentalization is that it begins to compartmentalize the language and in that also understanding and you end up with very differing understandings of reality being in one field from the other. Thus there must be a general metaphysical framework set in place that can connect all the different fields of interest into common converging principles, a point from which it all is given meaning and purpose, a point to which it all can be attributed, a general standard.
